Oscar draws from his various experiences in Hong Kong's culture scene and talks about the rise, fall, and prospect of creative development in Hong Kong. Prof. Oscar Ho was formerly the Exhibition Director of the Hong Kong Arts Centre, Founder of the Hong Kong branch of the International Art Critics Association, Founding Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Shanghai and is currently the director of the MA Programme in Cultural Management at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
