Having already made his mark on the sports world, Bill Simmons is now trying his hand at late-night with a new show on HBO called “Any Given Wednesday,” and he has some hilarious takes on sports, politics, pop culture and more. Simmons also explains to TODAY’s Willie Geist and Savannah Guthrie that the controversial comments he made in the Hollywood Reporter were not aimed at ESPN employees, “I had 50 people that worked with me there and 27 now are with me at The Ringer so…math doesn’t lie.”
