Here's a quick walkthrough of our boat and home, a 40' sailing catamaran, pre modifications. This boat is pretty close to what we wanted and needed as a starting platform. The boat's in decent condition as is but we've got a lot of changes we want to make to suite our plan. We've just sailed / motored the boat up to Charleston SC and we're neck deep in the refit process.
