CCIR Student Spotlights: Aarush on the Industrial Applications of Mathematical Optimization |

Aarush is a Year 11 student at German Swiss International School in Hong Kong. He has been interested in the fields of Mathematics and Science since childhood. He ranked in the top 50 out of 20,000 participants in UKMT Maths Challenges and won the AMC 10 Distinction Certificate and AIME Qualification. Besides that, he has also competed in the International Youth Maths Challenge, Asian International Mathematics Olympiad, SouthEast Asian Maths Challenge, Gauss, and several other Maths Olympiads and received numerous accolades.
At CCIR Academy, Aarush is conducting a research paper titled "Optimizing the Oil Transfer from One Nation to Multiple United Nations Countries". His research project aims to reduce inefficiencies in the transfer of oil between two or more nations, with a focus on reducing costs, carbon emissions, and pollution.
