Acid which are accumulated overnight helps in better absorption of the levothyroxine. 4 to 5 hours after food can also be taken

Q.2 What will happen if levothyroxine is forgotten.
regular skipping medicine can cause thyroid imbalance. you will not feel healthy and blood test can be wrong and can be misinterpreted. regular compliance is consistency is important. to prevent forgetting this you can use calendar method, medicine diary, daily alarm, consistently take at the same time. keep the medicine next to your bed.

Q.3 why am i not able to loose weight after taking this medicine.
Weight gain can be common symptom of hypothyroidism. focus on your lifestyle, dietary habits, regular exercise, other medicines.

Q.4 is 100 mcg heavy dose ?
follow your doctor and medicine dose is dependant on your case. levothyxoine dose depends on your age, body weight.

Q.5 My periods are not regular inspite of taking levothyroxine?
check for other hormonal problems like PCOS, Prolactin issue.

Q.6 Inspite of taking regular medicine i don't feel energetic ?
check for protein deficiency, vitamin d deficiency, vitamin b deficiency, anaemia, blood sugar balance, obstructive sleep apnoea.

it is usually prescribed in hypothyroidism.
