Women are gradually becoming global leaders. Mary shares her story on how she’s learning to be a leader in her own right and encourages all women to rise above societal limitations.

Mary is a banker and doubles as an entrepreneur. she’s founded Marys Nays Solutions. An enterprise that seeks to empower the underprivileged in the Ghanaians society through skills training and bead making accessories. She’s also a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow & and Alumna of Lincoln University , Missouri USA
