10th Jagran Film Festival was officially opened by Honorable Minister of Information & Broadcasting Shri Prakash Javdekar in New Delhi in the presence of stalwarts of the film industry - Anil Kapoor, Farah Khan, Shobu Yarlagadda, Ketan Mehta and prolific film critics - Rajeev Masand, Udita Jhunjhunwala, Aseem Chhabra.
