NOTE: This video is dedicated as a celebration for the third shutdown anniversary of ABS-CBN. As we know that ABS-CBN, S+A, DZMM Teleradyo, Radyo Patrol and MOR Philippines bid goodbye last May 5, 2020 due to expired broadcast license with its bew franchise rejected by Congress last July 10, 2020, ABS-CBN Corp. still pursue its Vision and Mission to serve the Filipinos locally and internationally. However, during the shutdown era of ABS-CBN, the population of sad and boring people in the Philippines had skyrocket because they were deprived of watching their favorite news and entertainment shows from Kapamilya Network like "TV Patrol" and "It's Showtime" especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Not only that. Also last July 10, 2020, due to some cited violations from the media giant, the Congress did not renew ABS-CBN broadcast franchise which led to several of its employees lost their job upon their retrenchment last August 31, 2020. Plus, all TV and Radio frequencies of ABS-CBN had already been erased due to the absence of its license. And also, its former TV/radio frequencies were now used by other media companies like the following: 1. ABS-CBN Manila on analog Ch. 2 and digital ch. 16 (now used by Advanced Media Broadcasting System for ALLTV in NCR). 2. ABS-CBN Sports and Action on ch. 23 (now used by Aliw Broadcasting Corp. for the teleradyo format of DWIZ 882 AM on digital TV in NCR). 3. Channel 43 on ABS-CBN TV Plus is now used by SMNI of Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy on DTV in NCR. 4. MOR 101.9 in Mega Manila is now 101.9 The Anchor Radio based in San Pedro, Laguna which is owned by a Baptist Church there. 5. MOR 94.3 in Dagupan is now used by FMR 94.3 Baguio of PCMC. 6. MOR 91.1 in Iloilo is now used by FMR 91.1 Bacolod of PCMC. 7. MOR 94.3 Tacloban is now used by 94.3 Radyo Kidlat in Ormoc City, Leyte. 8. MOR 99.7 Española, Palawan is now 99.7 Radyo Bandera Española. 9. MOR 101.1 Davao is now 101.1 The Anchor Radio Davao (owned by Berean Bible Baptist Church). As we know that we feel upset and disappointed because ABS-CBN broadcast frequencies were now used by other media companies, we still support ABS-CBN because we can still watch our favorite news and entertainment programs via cable/online on Kapamilya Channel, KOL, ANC, TeleRadyo, Cinemo, Jeepney TV, Cinema One, Knowledge Channel, PIE Channel, MYX, IWant, TFC and also on free TV on A2Z and TV5. Together, we are #ForeverKapamilya. #ABSCBN ❤️💚💙 #InTheServiceOfTheFilipinoWorldwide . |
