In this video I talk about the dichotomy of vanity and envy, how can we overcome both of these attitudes while maintaining a healthy, humble self concept with pride and honour and not fall in envy, how do we maintain confidence and pride without being too stuck up?

With this idea I look over Fredrich Nietzsche's concept of slave morality in relation to envy.
