So today over on twitter vivziepop teased a future hazbin hotel update. In this video i’ll discuss her tweet and give my thoughts on the state of the show at the moment.

So her tweet says, “Well, it’s the last day of summer.. and
@HazbinHotel
hasn’t arrived yet. Thanks endlessly for your patience, and I PROMISE an update is coming very soon!!”.

So the context for this tweet is that hazbin hotel was scheduled to release this summer. For the past couple months there’s been no updates with vivzie mentioning the ongoing writing and actor strikes in america. Today is the last day of summer and there’s been no news or trailer so it’s pretty clear now that the show will be delayed.

Vivzie’s tweet confirms this but says that we’ll be getting an update very soon. So perhaps at the end of this month we’ll get some sort of answer as to what happened with the show.

My theory is that perhaps the show had an issue securing a platform to release on.

As for my closing thoughts i’m quite happy that viv posted this announcement. Myself and others were getting a little worried about the show since there was no updates. Overall i think a24 has dropped the ball in the marketing department. I’m still really excited for the show and along with the rest of the fanbase i can’t wait to see whats in store.
