Powerwalk, run or walk your treadmill/elliptical or work your rowing machine until the ball bearings squeal! Be motivated and relaxed while moving through 5.2km of autumn colored, history-charged Bad Harzburg and the surrounding nature from a POV perspective.

The video starts at a modern playful installment, the Fountain of Youth. From there we move through the pedestrian zone and the spa park to approach Castle Hill (Burgberg). A continuous ascension to the adjacent Saxons Hill (Sachsenberg), with an altitude gain of 253m and an average incline of about 10% follows next. Finishing the Contemplation Trail we move on to get a glimpse of the ruins of Harzburg Castle. The video ends at the Canossa Column, with a beautiful panoramic view across Bad Harzburg shortly before sundown.
