❤️ I hope you enjoy my arrangement of "You Are My Sunshine" with Pachelbel's "Canon in D" for TWO PIANOS! Can you imagine walking down the aisle to this?

This one was requested by Cristina. Her Grandfather used to sing "You Are My Sunshine" to her - she had always imagined he would be the one to walk her down the aisle when she married - Sadly he passed away before her wedding and so she asked if I might create this special Wedding Version as a way of honouring his memory... so that he could be with her as she walked down the aisle to her love. Of course I was really moved by her situation and more than happy to create this for her.

When I sat down at the piano to come up with this arrangement - I kept on wishing I had three hands ... and then... four... I could imagine how the melodies could interweave so beautifully if only I had more fingers ... and so I decided to create an arrangement for 2 pianos, four hands. I hope you like it!
