How to Make an Epic Sand Castle with Simple Tools | Our Outer Banks, NC Vacation Project 2018 |
|
We made an epic sand castle using buckets and cheap tools you can find at the local store. This was our outer banks vacation project video.
We started by creating a solid base. We then used bucket forms to create the main volume of sand that we would be carving. We then followed the three basic rules for sand castle building: 1. Only use wet sand. 2. Build it like a pyramid. 3. Work from the top down. When we were done for the day, we made sure to leave the beach the same way we found it. : ) All the techniques we used can be found on Andy Hancock's channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChFFnw4EU_26F6SWiAR6ZUg Prepping the buckets: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=333gI3hSc1I Carving the Sand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHPRvJTO8LQ If you enjoyed the video please give it a like and let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
