Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton were spotted at their first public outing of 2023 in Liverpool on Thursday. The royal couple's visit comes just two days after Will's brother, Prince Harry, released his tell-all memoir "Spare." The Prince and Princess of Wales were asked by reporters about the book but they just ignored everyone and focused on thanking healthcare workers and mental health support services, at the New Royal Liverpool University Hospital.
