On June 3rd, 2008, Moxie's top chefs were invited to cook at the Culinary Institute of America one of North Americas most prestigious cooking schools. Moxie's staff from across Canada had the exciting privilege of cooking alongside some of the worlds top chefs. It was an exceptional culinary experience for the entire team.
