The earth element gives us the capacity to digest and understand, thus enabling us to transform our intentions into actions. It also enables us to give, receive and nourish on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. In this lecture, you will learn to recognize the earth element in yourself, determine when it is out of balance, and how to incorporate the types of foods to nourish and balance the earth element in you during this season.
