Investing in real estate is intimidating, to say the least, but what if I told you that you could do it and live for free? This is where house hacking comes in.

In this video, I want to give you a 1-year update on the duplex that we bought last year. I'll tell you all of the numbers to show you if it's really worth the time and effort to house hack.

To be honest, this may be the best investment we ever make because we are essentially living for free and having a $300,000 home being paid down for us. But I'll let the numbers in the video tell you exactly how all of that works.
