Dr. Garad is the Director of the Emirates Center for Organizational Learning and the Co-Founder and Chairman of Organizational Learning Conference, MENA. He also acts as the Superintendent at International Performance Excellence, IPE. Dr. Garad works towards reinforcing learning as a strategic enabler for Performance Excellence in organizations. He speaks on 'What do we learn about learning'. Dr.Garad is a proponent of the 70:20:10 method of learning and explains how organizations, individuals and groups can learn and retain better.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
