This video will show you how to open the tamper resistant battery drawer used for Oticon Opn Play, Opn S, Ruby, Opn, and Siya BTE PP and Oticon Xceed Play BTE SP and Xceed BTE SP. This will apply if the battery drawer is mounted after October 5th 2021.
