Power Vinyasa Flow - 20 Minutes to Boost Immune System & Detox

This is a fun, fast power vinyasa flow designed to help boost the immune system. Seasonal weather & climate changes can take a toll our health, so we will twist to ignite our lymphatic, and digestive systems. So we start with the mindset "I AM HEALTHY", and Mary carries us through a really quick, fun twisty flow.

Designed for every body, with a body. We start on our feet, and do a few standing twists to ignite our digestive tract, and turn on our lymphatic systems. Then moving on to some low lunges with a series of Cat/Cow stretches. Building on the twisting yoga, moving into pyramid pose (Parsvottanasana), then topping it off with exalted warrior.

Oils are always a staple in O'M yoga classes, and to compliment & boost our immune system, Thieves Oil is on hand to spice things up.
