From 2016 to 2017, as part of the “Rape Awareness and HCT Drive” project, Oluwaseun Initiative facilitated discussions on sexual violence, testing and counselling services to about 1000 people and adolescents and 2000 community members in five Local Governments Areas in Lagos State, and trained about 100 Healthcare providers in 20 Government Hospitals and Primary Healthcare Centers in Nigeria. she has been awarded the Vital Voices Fellowship,the2017 Future Award Africa Prize for Advocacy, the 2017 Future of Women Africa: Social Impact Award, Queen’s Young Leader Highly Commended Runner-Up award 2017, the 2018 Obama Foundation Leader: Africa, 2018 Women Deliver Fellowship and recently, the Commonwealth Young Person of the Year 2019.
