Dave Kennedy is an entrepreneur that always struggled with his weight, and despite many attempts to lose weight he was never able to maintain the weight loss for too long. All that changed once he switched his approach and adopted a better lifestyle prioritizing his nutrition and exercise. This lifestyle change led him to lose 100 lbs, gain lots of muscles and drop to 5% body fat. He did all that while still growing his company and leading many cybersecurity projects. In this episode Dave will talk about how he came to this realization, what changes he made to accomplish this and how he continues to make progress in his fitness journey.
