Here's one from way back in 2011. It hardly got any views as it was posted when I had only 50 subs so I'm reposting it 13 years later to give it a chance for more views. I used to do a lot of note for note covers of songs when I played them in my bands. I LOVE this band and my bands played quite a few of their songs. I always loved the obscure bands.

They only released two albums, but managed to influence PRINCE. They were a four piece, a mix of funk, soul, prog, hard rock, space age lyricism, and Hendrix. Their guitar player is one of my favorites and he's also underrated and not well known. The guitarist went on after this band to join a very popular Canadian rock guitarist in 1978. This is why I loved 70's music. Bands had a mix of styles, even in one song, made multiple interesting chordal arrangements, and could be technically great but still have warmth and soul. The odd part is that their first album is copyrighted on youtube, but their second one has nothing in the audio database and cannot be copyrighted. Their music cannot be found on any streaming sites. All solos are improvised.
