Camera pans across a painted frieze in a child's nursery to a clock on the wall. Narrator explains that every twenty minutes a child is taken ill with Diphtheria. Every three hours a child dies from Diphtheria. CU of the clock pendulum as it swings. CU of a photograph of a smiling child. Image changes to child with mouth wide open - the word Diphtheria is superimposed over the image. Animation is used to show how disease spreads. An x-ray image of the body with path of disease illustrated. Narrator explains how immunisation can protect children. Ends by narrator asking: "Mother, have you forgotten to protect your child?" and title: "Have your child immunised at once".
