The Māori Party could still stand a candidate in the Te Tai Tokerau seat in this year’s elections despite recent discussions with Mana Party leader and Te Tai Tokerau seat hopeful, Hone Harawira. Both parties joined forces today at the waka ama nationals, in what they hope is a coalition that could win back all seven Māori seats in this year’s elections.
