Two hundred Americans and other foreign citizens are set to leave Afghanistan. The new Taliban government is said to have agreed to their departure in the face of US pressure. Only those with foreign passports, visas and tickets are allowed on flights organised by Qatar. Daily services to foreign countries are expected to follow.
