Have you ever thought about working in social care? If so, Perth & Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership is now recruiting Reablement Assistants for its Home Assessment and Recovery Team (HART).

A Reablement Assistant is a job where you can make a real difference to people’s lives in our communities, and is ideal for someone who is caring and compassionate about people.

A Reablement Assistant supports people by visiting them in their own home and helping them with their daily activities. This could be assisting someone to get washed, dressed and prepared for their day ahead, helping someone to make their meals, or supporting them to get ready for bed.

HART offers a positive work rota with a blend of early, late and double shifts to give you a good work/life balance. Although experience in social care is desirable, it's not essential as full training will be given.
