This is my 1500 calorie fat loss meal plan. I use portion control and a balanced healthy diet to achieve over 130 pounds of weight loss. I am now trying to lean out even more and build muscle. I eat around 1700 calories at the moment but 1500 calories was optimal for me when I couldn't exercise as much.
