Originally developed for the US Army Rangers, Gracie Combatives is an entry-level beginner jiu-jitsu program dedicated to the 36 most important techniques identified over 80 years of Gracie Family fight history. Classes are conducted in a safe, structured learning environment, so that anyone can learn regardless of age or physical ability. Once a student develops their muscle memory in the execution of these core techniques and graduates from the Gracie Combatives program, they move on to the Master Cycle.
