Dan Brown's Lost Symbol is a fantastic novel. Its protagonist is Professor Robert Langdon, who seems to be drawn into a case which is full of ciphers, theories, riddles and alleged conspiracy theories. The villain in this novel is yet another of Dan Brown's genius creation. The events in this novel mostly take shape and place in Washington DC and some its prominent buildings and places of historical importance. A thorough background research and understanding has been put in by Mr Brown in writing this masterpiece, and it shows throughout the novel. A very good novel, with a nice flowing plot and language. A must read for Dan Brown fans, and in general for other readers who are unfamiliar with Dan Brown, this book is a key to his way of writing and storytelling. |
