Southern Dragon Kung Fu "Lung Ying Kuen' -SUP LUK TUNG
In this video we cover the Basic level Lung Ying form called Sup Luk Tung. We demonstrate the form and cover some of the form's applications. It features Grand Master Mark Chan with clips from some of our training sessions. Most of the footage is vintage and was originally on VHS so those sections are a bit fuzzy.
