"Learning How to Share with Nature" | Mike Rice | TEDxHammondSchool

video thumbnail
Mike Rice takes you on an adventure in his backyard, delivering his message of the importance of sharing our human world with natural world around us. He shows us that anyone can help create a future of coexistence between man and nature.

Micheal Rice is a biological science teacher at Hammond School. Ask anyone of his students, and they will attest to his passion for nature and the environment, but Mr. Rice's enthusiasm reaches far beyond the classroom. One of his many outdoor projects has been transforming his backyard, with the help of his two kids, into a thriving ecosystem of local plants and animals.

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
