Officials responsible for hiring unqualified senior managers in the public sector must be held accountable. That's according to the Public Service Accountability Monitor. It was reacting to acting Minister of Public Services and Administration, Thulas Nxesi's written reply to a parliamentary question.
He revealed that nearly 2000 public servants are not qualified.
