We had reported that Telugu actor Vijay Deverakonda is all set to make his Tamil debut with director Anand Shankar's upcoming film. Recently, a formal pooja was held at Hyderabad and it was announced that Mehreen Pirzada will be playing the lead role.

Now, Anand Shankar and team has released the title and first look of their Tamil - Telugu bilingual, which is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green production house. In the poster, Vijay Deverakonda is showing his middle finger with the voting ink.

The film, titled NOTA is not based on any true event, says director Anand Shankar on his Twitter page. NOTA looks like a film about a rebel and we can expect Vijay Deverakonda giving power-packed performance once again after Arjun Reddy.

Vijay Deverakonda is known for choosing hard-hitting scripts and it looks like he chose something similar for his Tamil debut. Shooting of NOTA is expected to commence in a couple of days.
