Inspired by Graham Stephan's Video, here is a breakdown of my 7 current income streams that I have built over the last 5-7 years and how much money I make from each individual income stream.

My first income stream is Wholesaling Real Estate - this is essentially where you are not actually buying the house instead you are getting it under contract as the "Buyer" but then flipping that contract to another buyer or investor before close of escrow. I did not really understand this approach to Real Estate Investing initially because I always thought you had to have alot of money to get into Real Estate. Over time I learned this Real Estate Investing Strategy and now I really enjoy wholesaling Real Estate on a day to day basis. We typically close about 15 deals a month and are looking to double that by the end of 2020.

My second income stream is being a Traditional Real Estate Agent - I quickly realized after getting into Real Estate that I was very passionate about it. So I decided to get my Real Estate license back in 2015 and now I have been a licensed agent for about 5+ years. I really enjoy the opportunity to be able to help buyers and sellers here in Arizona and it really goes hand in hand with investing in Real Estate. I would say I close on average $500,000-$1,000,000 worth of Real Estate a month personally and I also have a few Real Estate agents on my team that I intend on scaling in 2020.

My third income stream is the ATM business - I never planned on getting into this business, it was actually super random and it just so happened that it is a great way to make passive income in 2020. A partner and myself now have many ATM locations and its something we do very part time as more of a side hustle but we still make some pretty good money from that Passive Income!

My fourth income stream is Affiliate Links - This is not a large income stream by any means for me and its really just something I do as a result of building my personal brand on Youtube and Instagram.

My fifth income stream is Youtube - Again I am very passionate about helping other people and providing value to the world also I am passionate about becoming a better person every single day and I notice as a result of me making content and continuously improving myself I end up making some passive income from youtube. This is not alot of money but its a great side hustle for sure.

My sixth income stream is Course Sales - I made a few courses due to the fact that there were a few things I kept getting asked about over and over again such as the ATM business. So rather than trying to answer everyones questions all the time I decided to make a course on it. We don't make millions of dollars by any means doing this but its a great passive income stream for us.

My seventh income stream is Mentorships - I really don't do much of this at all anymore... I maybe will mentor 1 person a month or maybe 2 it really just depends but its very hard to scale. I really enjoy doing this to help other people and for that reason ill most likely mentor a few people a month for as long as I possibly can.
