Hello everyone. This video tells about the golden era of Indian Cricket, i.e. the time when Sourav Ganguly was the captain and other legends like Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman etc were playing.
This time also saw a young team being built by Sourav Ganguly, comprising Virender Sehwag, Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh, Ashish Nehra, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Dinesh Kartik, Parthiv Patel, Harbhajan Singh, Irfan Pathan, Suresh Raina, Lakshmipathy Balaji, RP Singh, Mohammed Kaif, S Sreesanth etc, most of whom later became part of the 2011 World cup winning team.
This is the golden era, which is widely accepted, from my perspective and not at all an exhaustive one.
