Emiquon Migratory Bird Livestream |
|
Hello and thank you for tuning in! Found along the Illinois River, our Emiquon preserve is a critical stopover point for tens of thousands of migrating birds and waterfowl each year. American white pelicans, trumpeter and tundra swans, dabbling and diving ducks, many types of warblers and snow geese can be found in this rich wetland. We expect peak snow geese migration to happen in late February to mid-March. Thank you for viewing, head to nature.org/emiquon to learn more about our preserve.
