the talk was about how many educational generation are there and how can the previous generations can help the current generation for improvement in education system in Afghanistan. Ahmad Jamshid Fardi, a 2011 International Visitor Leadership Program (#IVLP) alumnus and founder of the Youth Movement for Peace. Fardi is a Professor of Balkh University and the President of the Balkh chapter of the Afghan-U.S. Alumni Network. Through the numerous peace summits Fardi has organized and participated in, he brings together peace activists, civil society members, tribal leaders, academics, and religious scholars to discuss the root causes of violence and promote a culture of tolerance. Ahmad Jamshid Fardi is currently working as a professor at Faculty of Literature and Humanities of Balkh University. Besides, he is member of Professional Speakers Association of Afghanistan, motivational speaker, creative thinker and civil activist.
