Chicken Pulao is a one-pot delicious chicken made with mild spices, coconut milk, fragrant basmati rice, and fresh chicken that can be served with gravy or raitha. It is mildly spiced not heavy like the Chicken biryani. This is an authentic Indian style pulao and kids friendly recipe too as it doesn't require more spices.
Here I am sharing a very quick and easy recipe with step by step detailed video.

Ingredients:

Chicken - 500 gms
Basmati Rice - 500 gms
Coconut milk - 500 ml
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Mint leaves (Pudina)
Coriander leaves
Cashew (Roasted)
Onions - 3 nos (Medium size)
Green Chillies - 4 nos
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Green Chilli Paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt (As per need)
Spices(Cinnamons, Cloves, Cardamoms )
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaves (4 or 5)
