"Entertainment Tonight" (ET) celebrates the 40th anniversary of the television series FAME. (January 13, 2022)

Original cast members Debbie Allen, Valerie Landsburg, Erica Gimpel, Nia Peeples, P.R. Paul, Cynthia Gibb, Lee Curreri and Jesse Borrego reunite in Los Angeles to celebrate 40 years since the series premiered on January 7, 1982.

An international sensation, the series garnered six studio albums, a live album, multiple Golden Globe and Emmy nominations and wins. Two Emmys were awarded to Debbie Allen for Outstanding Achievement in Choreography.
