Director Harish Shankar is leaving no stone unturned to make Valmiki a mass entertainer.

He got the super hit 'Yelluvochi Godaramma' song from Raghavendra Rao's Devatha remixed for Valmiki.

Mega Prince Varun Tej and Pooja Hegde will step into the shoes of Late Shoban Babu and Late Sridevi for this remix.

The song is currently being shot in and around Rajahmundry on the banks of Godavari river.

Varun Tej is playing the role of a gangster turned movie star in this remake of Tamil cult film Jigarthanda.

Varun will be rocking various retro getups from the seventies and eighties Telugu cinema in Valmiki.

Harish Shankar is super confident about Valmiki hitting the bull's eye at the box office. The film is gearing up for release on Sep 20.
