“High Hopes” by Panic! at the Disco is a song whose lyrics center on the inspirational themes of optimism and hope. Urie was the only remaining official member of Panic! at the Disco when this song was released. Brendon Urie co-wrote this track with 8 other songwriters, including American musician and record producer Jake Sinclair.
