President Trump arrives in Charlotte ahead of 2020 RNC |

President Donald Trump arrived in Charlotte Monday morning for a scheduled appearance near Asheville. It's unclear if Trump will make a stop at the RNC in Charlotte, but convention leaders are hopeful the president will meet with delegates while in North Carolina.
Trump, as well as White House Adviser Ivanka Trump and agriculture secretary Sonny Perdue, are visiting North Carolina Monday to speak with farmers near Asheville. Vice President Mike Pence is also expected at the RNC Monday after getting to Charlotte about an hour before Trump landed in the Queen City. #RNC #RNC2020 #RNCinCLT |
