Dough: Water (room temp) half cup Salt half tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Milk powder (I used olpers) 3 tbsp Instant yeast ( I took Italiano) 1 tbsp Egg (room temp) 1 Flour (maida) 2 cups Knead the dough. If you feel that the dough is not getting together, add 2-3 tbsp water and knead. **Follow video for kneading instructions. Cover and let the dough rise for an hour. Chicken stuffing: ***You can use chopped veges, any spice, any sauce of your choice. You can add cheese too. Saute: 1 tbsp oil with 2-3 tbsp onion chopped. Add 1 cup chopped/minced chicken. **** (You can use beef mince or mashed boiled potatoes too) Add: 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tbsp bbq sauce (Got this salmans Bbq sauce from Imtiaz for 132 rupees, its super yum) 1 tbsp oyster sauce ( got this for 60rs, cuz Keys brand 🙆🏻♀️) 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ( got this for 50rs) 1 tbsp chilli garlic ketchup ½ tsp red chilli flakes ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp mix herbs/oregano Cook everything and let it cool. (Don't fill the Dough with the chicken when its hot) Grease your pan/pyrex dish/any oven proof dish. My pan was of 9inch. ***Preheat your pateela/pot for 20 mins on low flame. ***Preheat your oven for 20 mins at 180°C Now take out your dough, punch and knead your dough for 3-4 minutes. Roll and fill up your buns. Fill up your prepared pan. Let your buns rest for 15 minutes. They will rise. Now give your buns an egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds. You can sprinkle oregano/red chilli fakes too. ***Bake in pateela for 40 minutes or until you see a golden brown colour on medium flame. *** Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until you see a golden brown colour at 180°C When baked, brush with butter.
