A space-grade VHF UHF deployable antenna (140MHz – 500MHz) which has undergone spacecraft environmental testing to ensure high quality. The antenna can be used as two separate dipole antennas operating on different frequencies or as
one antenna consisting of four monopoles connected to one RF connector.
It uses a redundant burnwire mechanism for deploying the radiating rods. The antenna has two configurations – two separate dipoles or 4 monopoles connected to a single
feed. The frequency can be tuned.
