Descript makes it super easy to create short clips out of longer form videos.

To quickly create clips in Descript:
- Select the text that you want to turn into a new clip
- Right click
- Hit the three dots
- Click 'Duplicate to'
- Then 'New Composition'
- A pop up will appear that says a new composition has been created. Click Open to be taken to your new compostion
- Resize your video using the Aspect Ratio feature
- Edit your video as you want and publish
