With Russia gaining the upper hand in the Ukraine war, American media reports have highlighted the use of a special bomb by Vladimir Putin's forces which appear to be turning the tide in their favour. The weapon, labelled FAB-1500, is a Soviet-era air bomb which has been turned into a glide bomb which can be fired at fixed targets from long distances.
