This video will show the "The Power of Lean Manufacturing with the Groundbreaking 3S-ING Method."
The 3S-ING Method: A Game Changer for Your Shop Floor Operations It would help if you were down on the shop floor, working with your people, allowing them to see waste, and helping them figure out how to fix what bugs them and their problems. That's how you make real progress. What's a great way to do that? We call it three S ing. So what is three S ing? The first one's the easy one. You sweep. Everyone knows how to sweep. You clean up your area, get it ready to go, and once you're sweeping, you can sort. You are so sorting means taking the stuff you have and figuring out what you don't need. So get rid of that. Make sure you have clear organization, and then you can standardize. Create a standard that's easy to follow. Take the good stuff, lay it out by size, type whatever. Make sure you know how to find it; there's always a challenge. Sleep, sort, standardize. #shorts #lean #method If you like this video, give it a thumbs up & subscribe to our channel.
