I have a few thoughts about macOS 13 Ventura's new replacement for System Preferences, System Settings, that were cut from my previous video, "Was Snow Leopard the greatest OS X release ever?"

The macOS System Preferences weren't perfect. Not by a long shot but I'd read that Ventura had dropped the ball when it came to the redesign. I'm honestly surprised Apple was willing to ship this as they feel half-done.

This is my take away from this ill-fated redesign in a shorter than average video.
