There are several foods for younger skin that you can include in your diet. My #antiaging lifestyle, with a focus on diet. My dietary patterns tend to vary from day to day, but I try to include as many antioxidant-rich foods as I can. Green smoothies are fantastic in that regard, as are organic teas, brightly colored vegetables, nuts and seeds, as well as berries. Personally, I love eating dark chocolate every day, which is a fantastic source of polyphenols and antioxidants.
An anti-aging diet with a focus on optimal #nutrition is an important aspect of #skincare, given that it's not just products and sun protection that affects your skin. In fact, many of the foods you eat play a role in collagen and elastin regulation, and some foods may actually improve your skin's defenses against ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Tea, dark chocolate, brightly colored vegetables and fruits, as well as herbs and spices may protect the skin against UV, adding to other sun-protective measures.
